MODERN FARMHOUSE GOES UP IN REYNOLDSTOWN
This new construction located in Reynoldstown not only has a fantastic upper level porch with an amazing view of downtown Atlanta, but is so beautifully constructed inside and out. We are so thrilled with the design elements of this modern farmhouse and know our clients are anxious to move in! Can't wait to see what they do with the interior. We really enjoyed working on this one.
You'll see in the photos below that the tile work, color choices, fixtures and the tiniest details were all very well thought out and implemented. We love the mix of materials and the overall innovation! Look for the upstairs loft area and bar that leads onto the porch. We installed a Kegerator! What a great feature for hosting. As a matter of fact, the entire floor plan is open and designed for the purpose of entertaining. These homeowners love to throw a party, and now they have the perfect space in which to host.
One of our favorite small feature, but one that makes a big impact, is the tile in the owner's bath. We are just smitten with that black and white marble tile. You'll see..... scroll down and take a look!
