This classic 1920’s historical craftsman need a little TLC and a bit more space for a growing family of five. We removed the rear exterior wall and existing bedroom, kitchen, and deck.
We added a gracious master suite looking out onto a wooded lot. We added a gorgeous kitchen with a massive island that is large enough for a large family to gather round and a lovely appliance package including a wolf cooktop.
The laundry room is large enough to move around and tend to daily laundry chores with a charming shiplap wall and folding surface.
The rear deck off the kitchen has a gas fireplace and screens for lots of outdoor living space.
The remainder of the home received a full face lift.
