Come in with ideas and Level Craft will expand upon them with you to create detailed architectural plans.
Once these architectural plans are finalized, a meeting is scheduled with a subcontractor at the new homesite. Here, plans go through a review and bidding takes place until the best price is found. Level Craft will then compile the bids into a spreadsheet so that you can see what the total cost of the home will be. Once the total cost is approved a contract is signed and a building permit is pulled.
The building phase of the custom new construction process is by far the most fun! During this phase, the Level Craft team will assist clients with the selection of interior options such as paint colors, design details and finishes. To ensure all things run smoothly, the Level Craft team will be onsite every day for inspections, management, materials walkthroughs and more.
Once the custom home is complete, the final phase consists of one last walkthrough to make sure everything matches your desired specifications. After a final cleanup takes place, the custom home is handed over to you to enjoy for years to come!
