Team member Brandon Sheffield is a talented and experienced Project Manager for Level Craft Construction with over 16 years of experience in residential construction. With plenty of experience in construction, Sheffield found his start doing punch-out work. With hard work, he earned the title of Project Manager after several promotions.
A typical day for Sheffield deals with the overall construction and renovation of homes, from receiving the initial permits to framing and drying-in homes. He regularly coordinates several projects at one time while working with subcontractors, engineers, architects and homeowners.
“We strive to exceed [our homeowners’] expectations in all facets of the build process. Helping their vision come to fruition gives me a great deal of satisfaction,” said Sheffield.
The satisfaction of unveiling a dream home for a client is a regular motivator for Sheffield, and has been throughout his career. While challenges may set back others, he takes them in stride and enjoys the process of overcoming and solving issues that arise with the help of the fantastic subcontractor base, engineers, architects and the remarkable team at Level Craft Construction.
Last year brought additional challenges along with everyday occurrences such as weather, labor and material shortages. With an adaptable team able to overcome new challenges, projects reach completion quickly and efficiently to deliver a client’s dream home.
A home is concrete evidence of the effort put forth to revive a residence. Sheffield said that knowing he was part of the restoration process of renovation projects, and knowing the home will be enjoyed by families for decades to come, is extremely gratifying.
Apart from working hard for Level Craft Construction, Sheffield loves to attend his children’s sports activities and fish in the beautiful lakes and rivers of Georgia.
